How does hotel pickup work?
The agent passes the traveler's hotel with the booking. If it's inside one of your pickup zones, pickup is set; if not, the agent offers your meeting point.
What if the weather cancels a tour?
Your weather terms apply. Cancellations and date changes go through the API, and the agent tells the traveler.
Can agents book private tours?
If you offer them. List private departures with their pricing and the agent can book them.
Who books tours through Voyage?
